S.L. 104.5 ст. 3Limitation of liability.

For the purposes of article 4(1) of the Ordinance the total liability which shall be required to be covered by a policy of insurance in respect of the use of a motor vehicle, which is normally based in Malta or in the territory of a designared State, shall be:

(a) in the case of death or bodily injury, an amount not less than six million and seventy thousand euro (€6,070,000) for every claim, whatever the number of injured parties;

(b) in the case of damage to property, an amount not less than one million two hundred and twenty thousand euro (€1,220,000) for every claim, whatever the number of injured parties.
