S.L. 117.2 ст. 6Clearanceofgoods prior to shipment. S.L. 37.05

The exporter or shipper of any goods intended for exportation or as ships’ stores shall before actual shipment make due entry and obtain clearance of the goods by delivery to the officer of Customs of the licence obtained under these regulations and of all documents required by the Customs Regulations.
