S.L. 117.23 ст. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for trade; "requisitionee" means the person from whose possession any coarse salt is requisitioned by the Minister; "requisition" means the taking possession of any coarse salt by the Minister.
