S.L. 117.25 ст. 4Transport charges.

No person shall charge for the transport of pupils to and from a private school any amount in excess of the lesser of the amounts of the rate payable in like circumstances for the transport of schoolchildren receiving instruction or education in Government schools and of the rate payable by the person liable to school fees on the 16th day of November, 1982.
