S.L. 123.2 ст. 7Deceased payees.

Notwithstanding any obligation laid upon him under any other law, in the event of any emoluments accruing to any individual being payable at any time after his death, the payer shall deduct tax therefrom in accordance with the provisions of these Rules as if the deceased individual were still alive and payment was being made to him.
