(1) The Permanent Secretary shall set up a permanent working group in order to harmonise and monitor the market’s requirements established by the European Commission.

(2) The working group shall be composed of each of the processors represented in the Register of processors provided for in regulation 5, by the Permanent Secretary, a representative of the competent authority, a representative of the individual producers and one representative from each of the different types of producer organisations, that is to say one representative in respect of tomatoes, peaches, pears, and of prunes and dried figs.
