S.L. 146.7 ст. 18Implementation of the national reserve.

(1) Unutilised entitlements shall revert to the National reserve in terms of Regulation (EC) 73/ 2009.

(2) Available amounts in the National Reserve shall be utilised according to decisions taken in terms of Article 57 of Regulation

(EC) No. 73/2009.
