S.L. 146.7 ст. 29Reductions in payment. Direct payment.

The direct payment calculated in respect of payment claims submitted correctly in terms of regulation 26 and duly accepted, shall be reduced, in the event of any irregularities, in terms of the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1122/2009.
