S.L. 156.2 ст. 14Tripartite consultations.

For the purposes of these regulations, a mechanism for effective participation in tripartite consultation between the competent authority, operators and owners, and trade unions representing the majority of the workers in the formulation of standards and policies dealing with major accident prevention, shall be established by the Licensing Authority.
