S.L. 156.2 ст. 43Confidential reporting.

(1) The competent authority shall establish mechanisms in order to facilitate confidential reporting of safety and environmental concerns relating to offshore oil and gas operations from any source, and the investigation of such reports while maintaining the anonymity of the individuals concerned.

(2) Operators and owners shall communicate details of the national arrangements for the mechanisms referred to in sub-regulation (1) to their employees and contractors connected with the operation and their employees, and shall ensure that reference to confidential reporting is included in relevant training and notices.
