S.L. 171.2 ст. 20Duties of Authority.

(1) When the Authority becomes aware that -

(a) any unregistered person is working or attempting to obtain work as a port worker in a port, or

(b) any person is making use of an identity card to which he is not entitled, or

(c) any person who is working in the port has failed to produce his identity card on demand, it may take such steps as it may deem proper in the circumstances and may also for the purpose of further investigation impound any card which in its opinion is being improperly used.

(2) Where any employer disputes any bill for port work or fails to pay any such bill, the Authority shall, unless the matter is settled, refrain from supplying port workers to an employer failing to pay any bill for port work if, after giving the employer an opportunity of making representations, it so instructs.
