S.L. 179.1 ст. 2Interpretation. Cap. 179.

In these regulations -"Act" means the Enemy Property Act;

"Board" means the board set up in terms of article 4 of the Act;

"Custodian" means the Custodian of Enemy Property mentioned in article 2 of the Act;

"property" means, unless otherwise indicated, both the movable and immovable property administered by the Custodian.
