(1) The fees set out in the Third Schedule to these Regulations shall be paid for the matters therein respectively specified.

(2) The provisions of articles 4 and 6 of the Fees Ordinance shall apply to the said fees as if they were fees prescribed under that Ordinance. FIRST SCHEDULE Substituted by: L.N. 26 of 2000.
