S.L. 199.1 ст. 12Duties and powers of officials assigned to the Board. Cap. 12.

The Registrar shall provide the necessary personnel for the holding of sittings and for the execution of the orders of the Board:

the officials so designated shall, in the execution of their duties, enjoy and exercise all such powers as are vested by the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure in officials performing similar duties.
