S.L. 217.19 ст. 49Authorisation for access to detention centres.

(1) No person shall have access to a detention centre unless authorised by the Chief Executive Officer of the Detention

Services Agency or the Principal Immigration Officer acting on the advice of the Minister.

(2) Representatives of international organisations and non-governmental organisations shall have access to detained persons after obtaining the authorisation of the Chief Executive Officer of the Detention Services Agency or the Principal Immigration Officer acting on the advice of the Minister.
