S.L. 220.4 ст. 65Completion of procedure on plea of guilty before deliberation on sentence.

After the court have announced their finding on any charge on which the court have entered a plea of not guilty, if there is another charge in the same charge-sheet on which the court have accepted a plea of guilty, the court shall comply with rule 4(1) and

(2) in respect of that charge before proceeding with the trial.
