S.L. 251.4 ст. 4Award.

The Medal is awarded to any person living on the 7th June,

1996 who at any time since the 1st November, 1921 was, or is, a Member of the Senate, Legislative Assembly or House of Representatives:

Provided that persons who on the 7th June, 1996 are Members of the House of Representatives shall onle be presented with the Medal once they cease to be Members.
