S.L. 260.3 ст. 9Notification of death, illness, transfer, etc. Cap. 9.

(1) Without prejudice to the provisions of article 551(2) of the Criminal Code, if a prisoner dies, becomes seriously ill, or sustains any serious injury, the Director shall at once inform any person previously designated by the prisoner for such purpose.

(2) A prisoner shall be informed at once of the death or serious illness or injury of any near relative.
