S.L. 260.5 ст. 2Oath of office for newly appointed prisons officers.

(1) Before entering upon duties on appointment, all new or re-admitted prisons officers shall take the oath of office contained in the Schedule.

(2) The oath shall be taken and signed by all officers before a person duly empowered by law to administer an oath or before the Director.
