With effect from the 28th July, 1987:

(a) An area of land forming part of the Santa Lucia Government Housing Estate Neighborhood II Phase II), Santa Lucia, consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 112 having an area of approximately 191 square metres, bounded on the North-West and South-West by public roads and South-East by Government property.

(b) A first-floor maisonette at premises "Thomas", Fishermen’s Dwelling, Marsaxlokk quay, Marsaxlokk.

(c) A ground-floor flat at premises numbered Block A3 Flat 2, Ta’ Pennellu Housing Estate, Mellie]a.
