With effect from the 25th April, 1989:

(a) An area of land forming part of the Kalkara Tat-Turretta Government Housing Estate, limits of Kalkara, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 21 to 38 having an area of approximately 3699 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South and North-West by Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the M[arr Government Housing Estate, limits of M[arr, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 109 and 110 having an area of approximately 431 square metres, bounded on the North, South and West by Government property.

(c) The following land forming part of the Neighborhood 2, Phase III, Government Housing Estate, Santa Lucia:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 222 to 224 having an area of approximately 112.2 square metres, bounded on the North-West by property of Louis Catania, South-East by property of David Ciantar, and North-East by a public road;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 236 having an area of approximately 68.4 square metres, bounded on the North-East by property of Charles Vella, South-West by property of Joseph Caruana Smith and South by a public road;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 239 having an area of approximately 124.98 square metres, bounded on the North-East by property of Joseph Mercieca, West by property of Alfred Borg and South-West by a public road;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plot in the said Estate known as Plot No. 246 having an area of approximately 36.5 square metres, bounded on the North by property of Horace Chetcuti, South by property of Oliver P. Bondin and West by a public road;
