With effect from the 11th July, 1989:

(a) A block of 25 flats, known as Block 2, Flats {ebel Indipendenza, Binja San Klement, |ejtun,San Martin, Government Housing Estate, limits of each flat being accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 25, accessible from a common entrance bearing number 2 in a public street, bounded on the South, East and West by Government property (Part of Tenement No. 50768).

(b) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Kassia Government Housing Estate, limits of Qala, Gozo:

(i) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 8 having an area of approximately 1,905 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-West and South-East by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 9 to 25 having an area of approximately 3,101 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-West and South-East by Government property (Part of Tenement No. 50124).

(c) Flat numbered 5, Block D-l, Entrance B. Government Housing Estate, Mosta.

(d) House numbered 7, Triq il-Palma, Government {wann. Housing Estate, San

(e) House numbered 2, Triq ir-Rand, Government {wann. Housing Estate, San

(f) Four villas designated D, E, F and G, situated near Luqa Airport, in the limits of Luqa, accessible from a door without an official number in a public unnamed street and including the surrounding gardens, having an area of approximately 3,268 square metres, bounded on the North, South and East by Government property.
