With effect from the 7th August, 1996:

(1) Two blocks of flats and garages in Gorse Street, all forming part of a block named Binja Vista Block 2, at Birkirkara. situated as follows:

(a) One block consists of eight flats and four garages. Each flat is accessible from a separate internal door numbered 1 to 8, all accessible from a common entrance without an official number, bearing Binja Vista (Block 2) Entrance "A" in Gorse Street. The said four garages are all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 1 to 4 in Gorse Street and underlying part of the flats mentioned above. The whole block of flats and garages are bounded on the North-West by Gorse Street. East by Government property. West by G. Dimech Debono Street, and is shown edged green on L.D. 184/92/3 part of;

(b) Another block consists of eight flats. Each flat is accessible from a separate internal door numbered 1 to 8, all accessible from a common entrance without an official number, bearing Binja Vista (Block 2) Entrance "B" in Gorse Street. The whole block of flats is bounded on the North by Gorse Street, West and South by Government property, and is shown edged green on L.D. 184/92/3 part of.

(2) House numbered 2, Row D, Triq i`-~e\alpina, Ta’ Paris, Birkirkara (Tenement No. 68477).

(3) Flat number 6, Triq il-Karmnu, Government Building, Fgura (Tenement No. 68033).

(4) Flat number 3, Block 3, Door 1, Triq il-G\ira, Bini tal-Gvern, G\ira (Tenement No. 75253).

(5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 26 square metres, forming part of Tat-Turretta Government Housing Estate, limits of Kalkara, bounded on the North partly by property of Jesmond Bonavia and Jennifer Ellul, partly by property of the Housing Authority, on the South by Government property and on the East by property of Joseph Vitali and Phyllis Cilia, edged and marked in red on L.D. 58/ 96/1.

(6) Flat number 6, Block A, Fuq Tal-Blat, Triq is-Seb], Qormi (Tenement No. 69815).

(7) Flat number 7, Block XI, De La Cruz Avenue, Ta’ l-Istabar, Qormi (Tenement No. 64242).

(8) Flat number 1, Block XIV, Door B, Triq il-Fontanier, Ta’ I-Istabar, Qormi (Tenement No. 66429).

(9) Flat number 6, Door 2, City Gate Project, Pope Pius V Street, Valletta (Tenement No. 70527).

(10) Flat number 3, Block B2, Government Housing Estate, Princess Margaret Street, Ta’ Xbiex (Tenement No. 70587).

(11) House numbered 55, Triq il-}al[, Government Housing Estate, Ta’ Xbiex (Tenement No. 70692).
