With effect from the 27th October, 2006:

(1) Residential premises numbered 7, Triq is-Sardinell, {wann, San registered in the Government Property Division as Tenement No. 66177 and bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Victor Agius as per contract dated 9th November, 1971 in the records of Notary A. Grech, as appearing on L.D. 128/80/25. (HAP 11/2006).

(2) Premises numbered 149/150, Triq Matty Grima, bounded on the North-East and on the North-West by Triq Matty Grima, and on the South-West by Triq John Pace, Cospicua, acquired by virtue of Government Notice No. 819 dated 28th September, 2006 and Government Notice No. 444 dated 22nd May, 2006 (HAA 32/2002).
