S.L. 261.35 ст. 6

With effect from the 24th October, 2012:

(1) A block known as Block 9, consisting of five dwellings and excluding the subsoil in Triq E Attard Bezzina and Triq Jean de la Vallette in Birgu, having an area of approximately 300 square metres and is bounded on the North-West by Triq Emanuel Attard Bezzina, on the South-West by Triq San Filippu and on the South-East by Triq Jean de la Vallette. The individual dwellings are registered as Tenements numbered 63727 to 63731. The land where this block is located falls on Government property which was partly acquired by President’s Declaration No. 49 dated 20th January, 2011 and partly on land which used to form part of a public street and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 9” on plan P.D. 2012_848. (HAA 220/2012).

(2) A block known as Block 10, consisting of eleven flats and one dwelling and excluding the subsoil in Triq San Filippu and Triq E Attard Bezzina in Birgu, having an area of approximately 417 square metres and is bounded on all sides by public roads. The flats and the dwelling are registered as Tenements numbered 63867 to 63878. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration No. 49 dated 20th January, 2011 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 10” on plan P.D. 2011_317. (HAA 221/2012).

(3) The administration of a block known as Block 1, consisting of three flats and excluding the subsoil in Triq il-Mandraġġ in Birgu, having an area of approximately 180 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Mandraġġ, on the North-West by Triq il-Miratur and on the South-West by third party property. The land where this block is located is in the course of acquistion by the Government. The land is registered as Tenement E26184 and is shown the North by Triq il-Gendus, on the West by Government property and on the South by Triq San Rokku and shown edged in red and marked “Blk. 16C”, “Blk. 16D”, and “Blk. 16E” on plan P.D. 2010_1018_A as follows:

(a) Block 16C is registered with the Government as Tenement E26266 and consists of four dwellings and two flats registered with the Government as Tenements numbered 63818 to 63823;

(b) Block 16D is registered with the Government as Tenement E26267 and consists of four dwellings and two flats registered with the Government as Tenements numbered 63905 to 63910; and

(c) Block 16E is registered with the Government as Tenement E26268 and consists of four dwellings and two flats registered with the Government as Tenements numbered 64046 to 64051. The land where these blocks are located was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration No. 934 dated 13th September 2010, by President’s Declaration 982 dated 28th September, 2010 (correction of part of declaration 934) and on Government land which used to form part of a street. (HAA 6/2011, HAA 7/2011 and HAA 8/2011).

(5) A plot of land consisting of Plot 47, having an area of approximately 187 square metres in the Gudja Housing Estate, Phase III, in Gudja and is bounded on the North-East by Triq Bir Miftuħ and on the North-West and on the South-East by property of the Housing Authority or its successors in title. The plot is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. X04210 and falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 140 dated the 15th of February 2012 and by Deed No. 118 dated the 10th of April 1985 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 107_96_5. (HAM 166/81).

(6) A block known as Block 3, consisting of 20 dwellings and one store, excluding the subsoil in Triq iż-Żewġ Mini and Misraħ il-Papa Benedittu XV in Isla, and is bounded on the North-East by Triq iż-Żewġ Mini, on the North-West by Triq San Lawrenz and on the South-West by Misraħ il-Papa Benedittu XV. The dwellings and the store are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62416 to 62421, 62442 to 62452, 62498 to 62500 and 62502. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government by President’s Declaration No. 305 dated 7th March, 2012 approximately 1, 900 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Ħidma, on the South-West by Triq l-Għaqdiet tal-Ħaddiema and on the South-East by Triq Fr Charles Plater. The plot falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 269 dated 23rd March 2011, by Deed No. 175 dated 27th September 2010, by Deed No. 184 dated 8th October 2010, by Ċedola No. 1460/2012 and by Ċedola No. 1443/2012 and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2011_291_2. (HAM 856/88).

(8) A plot of land known as Plot 21, at Triq il-Biewraq in Santa Luċija, having an area of approximately 114.67 square metres and is bounded on the South-West by Triq il-Bwieraq, on the South-East by Government property granted on temporary empytheusis and on the North-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary empyhteusis as per Deed No. 289 dated 17th October 1970 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly p/o Ex-Services property 16147 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 65783 and is shown edged in red and marked ‘P. 21’ on plan L.D. 11/82/678. (HAP 1/2012).

(9) A plot of land known as Plot 92 (7) at Post il-Gladjoli in Santa Luċija, having an area of approximately 132.85 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq it-Tulipani, on the North-West and on the South-East by private property. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 270/65A dated the 13th of November, 1965 in the acts of Notary A. Attard. The plot falls on part of Government property acquired by Deed No. 16/73 dated the 27th of January, 1973 and is registered in the Estate Management records as Tenement No. 64923 and is shown edged in red on plan L.D. 11_82_70_A. (HAP 1/2011).

(10) A plot of land known as Plot 49 at Triq il-Ġiebja Rumana, forming part of the “Ta’ Ganza” Government Housing Estate, in Żejtun, having an area of approximately 146.44 square metres, bounded on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the North and on the North-West by private property. The plot is subject to a perpetual empyhteusis as per Deed No. 536 dated the 21st of October 1984 in the acts of Notary G. Grima. The plot falls on part of Government property and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 41682 and shown edged in red and the North and on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority and on the East by Triq Widnet il-Baħar. The plot is subject to a perpetual empytheusis as per Deed No. 40 dated the 14th of February 1975 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement Z50331 and is registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement Z41292 and is shown edged in red and marked ‘Plot 82’ on plan L.D. 19/97.
