With effect from the 23rd August, 2013:

(1) A plot of land, known as Plot 24 at Triq il-Mitħna l-Ġdida in Mellieħa, having an area of approximately 166.82 square metres and bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Mitħna l-Ġdida, on the South-East by Government property and on the North-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per Deed No. 234/69 dated 11th August, 1969 in the acts of Notary A.Grech. The plot falls on part of Government property formerly registered as Tenement No. Z50222 port. 5. and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement No. 65343 and edged in red and marked “P.24” on plan L.D. 383/91/6 (HAP 6/2013).

(2) A plot of land, consisting of 32 maisonettes, 36 garages and a substation at Triq il-Waqqafa, Ta’ Mlit in Mosta, having an area of approximately 3, 375 square metres and is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Kultellazz, on the South-West by Triq l-Alwetta and on the South-East by Triq il-Waqqafa. The plot falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 84038 and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate records as Property No. E20681 and edged in red on plan P.D. 2009_40 (HAM 9/97 VOL II).

(3) House number 5, Triq ir-Rummien, San Ġwann (Tenement No. 65622 – HA 139/99).

(4) House numbered 7, Triq il-Kamelja, Santa Luċija (Tenement No. 64316 – HA 151/99).
