In terms of the provisions of article 131(4)(ii) of the Social

Security Act, any rates payable to the Welfare Committee in accordance with the State-Owned Institutions and Hostels Rates |ejtun Regulations in respect of the Hostel for the Elderly as indicated in the Specified State-Owned Institutions and Hostels Regulations shall be transferred to the Director responsible for the Elderly and Community Services Department.
