S.L. 325.2 ст. 3Qualifying support services.

Without prejudice to the provisions of regulation 5, the following activity is hereby designated as a qualifying support service for the purposes of article 3(1)(f) of the Act:

(a) the provision of services directly required in the development, production and distribution of feature films, commercials and television programmes including the provision of studio facilities, film sets, filming equipment, management, personnel, marketing and other executive services;

(b) the provision from an establishment in Malta of services related to video and digital content provision for world wide distribution over the Internet.
