S.L. 327.224 ст. 2

Notwithstanding any term provided for in any statute or regulation, or in the resolution of its appointment, any board, commission, committee or other body constituted by or under the statutes and regulations of the University of Malta or under any governing body of the University and any member thereof shall continue in office until the appointment of a new board or a new member thereof, and this unless such board is expressly dissolved by its appointing body.
