S.L. 327.239 ст. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws for the Degree of Bachelor of Communications (Honours) - B. Comms

(Hons) - under the auspices of the Faculty of Media and Knowledge

Sciences.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty of Media and Knowledge Sciences; "the Course" means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of Communications (Honours) - B. Comms (Hons); "the Degree" means the degree of Bachelor of Communications (Honours) in the relevant area of specialisation, if applicable - B.Comms (Hons);

“the Higher Diploma” means the Higher Diploma in Communications in the relevant area of specialisation - H.Dip.; and

"the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2019.
