S.L. 327.313 ст. 6Assessment.

(1) Students who fail in study-units to which not more than 16 ECTS credits are assigned shall be given the opportunity to re-sit the failed assessment/s during the September supplementary examination session.

(2) Students who after the supplementary session need not more than 10 ECTS credits in order to successfully complete the Course may refer the failed study-unit/s to an additional year of study.

(3) Students who fail in more than 16 ECTS credits or in 10 ECTS credits after re-assessment may be allowed to repeat the Course in its entirety, when the course is next offered.
