S.L. 327.365 ст. 2

The aims of the Institute shall be:

(a) to assist in the development of national energy plans through studies in the use of new or renewable energy sources and methods of energy conservation;

(b) to originate and participate in teaching programmes and research projects in the field of sustainable energy;

(c) to disseminate appropriate methods and techniques relevant to the Institute’s area of interest; and

(d) to design equipment adapted to local conditions.
