S.L. 327.7 ст. 1

The provisions of this Statute shall apply to any institute and centre, or other entity of a similar nature, established by the Council of the University in terms of articles 75(2) and 77(c) of the Education Act, and which receives funds from, or through, the University, unless the Statute establishing such institute/centre or other entity expressly provides otherwise.
