S.L. 327.7 ст. 3

An institute/centre shall be governed by a Board, the Chairman of which shall be the Rector or his nominated delegate:

Provided that, in special cases, the Statute of an institute/ centre may provide for the Chairman of the Board being someone other than the Rector in which case the Rector or his nominated delegate shall be a member of the Board.
