S.L. 328.2 ст. 8Persons having already obtained a loan.

Any person who, before the coming into force of this Scheme but since the 14th November, 1987, obtained a loan from a financial institution, as may be approved by the Director, for the purchase, construction or completion of a dwelling-house occupied by him as his ordinary residence shall not, for that reason alone, be disqualified from making an application for a subsidy under this Scheme provided he would otherwise so qualify to make such an application.
