S.L. 33.3 ст. 11Sales of fireworks.

(1) The sale of any item of fireworks, except for small sparklers, by shops or street vendors is prohibited.

(2) For the purpose of this regulation, a small sparkler is a wire or stick, coated with pyrotechnic composition which cannot exceed fifty (50) grams per item that produces a shower of sparks upon ignition. Items containing chlorate or perchlorate salt, cannot exceed five (5) grams of composition every item.
