S.L. 330.7 ст. 12Out-of-court redress.

(1) A consumer who feels aggrieved in relation to a financial service provided at a distance may refer his complaint to the Arbiter in terms of the Arbiter for Financial Services Act.

(2) The Arbiter for Financial Services shall, to the extent possible, assist and cooperate with bodies responsible for out-of-court settlement of disputes in Malta and in other Member States and EEA States in the resolution of local and cross-border disputes concerning financial services falling under these regulations.
