S.L. 330.7 ст. 9Payment by card.

The consumer is entitled to cancel a payment made by credit or debit card where fraudulent use has been made of the consumer’s payment card in connection with a distance contract to which these regulations apply. In any such instance, the consumer’s bank account shall be re-credited with all sums paid as a result of such fraudulent use or else such sums shall be returned to the consumer by some other means.
