S.L. 345.26 ст. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Financial

Markets Act (CSDR Administrative Penalties, Measures and Investigatory Powers) Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement Article 63 of the CSDR, as herein defined and these regulations shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
