S.L. 345.26 ст. 4Administrative penalties and other administrative measures.

Without prejudice to article 39A of the Act, to any regulations made under the Act and to the supervisory powers of the competent authority referred in regulation 3, the competent authority shall impose administrative penalties and other administrative measures for breaches of the CSDR and, or where any person contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of Part IV of the Act.
