S.L. 35.11 ст. 6Payments.

(1) The payment of additional fees indicated in item 3 of the Schedule shall apply to all applications which were filed after the 25th November, 1987, but the fee due on the filing of an application indicated in items 1 and 2 of the Schedule shall not be paid for those applications filed before the 31st December, 1987.

(2) Payment of the fee on filing of an application shall be denoted by the fixing of a postage stamp of the relative amount on the application. The stamp shall be effectively cancelled by the applicant and rendered incapable of being used for any other application or purpose. All other payments are to be made at the cash office of the Department of Works, Block A, Floriana, or at the Department’s office in Victoria, Gozo, on workdays between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. A receipt will be issued for each payment.
