S.L. 350.8 ст. 4Fees to be levied by broadcaster.

A broadcaster shall levy the following fees from a complainant for the granting of a copy of any broadcast:

(a) in the case of a radio programme -

(i) a fee of twenty-three euros (23) for a broadcast not exceeding one hour, which fee shall cover all costs including the cost of the provision of an audio cassette;

(ii) an additional fee of five euros and fifty cents (5.50) for an additional one hour or part thereof; and

(b) in the case of a television programme -

(i) a fee of thirty-four euros and fifty cents (34.50) for a broadcast not exceeding one hour, which fee shall cover all costs including the cost of the provision of a video cassette;

(ii) an additional fee of five euros and fifty cents (5.50) for an additional one hour or part thereof.
