S.L. 36.5 ст. 9Permission in writing.

No cattle, offal, fodder, litter, or dung shall be removed from any approved pen without the permission in writing of the Principal Government Veterinary Surgeon who may refuse such permission or grant permission under such conditions and restrictions as he may deem fit.
