S.L. 365.20 ст. 3Responsible bodies.

(1) The Radiation Protection Board shall be responsible for the implementation of the obligations arising out of the Euratom Safeguards Regulations and the Protocol, and it has all such powers as are necessary to fulfill such obligations.

(2) The Radiation Protection Board shall have the right to nominate any representative or representatives to accompany any Agency Inspector during any visit to any site or location as specified in the Protocol.
