S.L. 370.30 ст. 28Netting agreements. Cap. 459. S.L. 330.09

Pursuant to the provisions of the Set-Off and Netting on

Insolvency Act, and without prejudice to regulations 68 and 71 of the Recovery and Resolution Regulations, netting agreements shall be governed by the law of the contract which governs such agreements.
