S.L. 370.4 ст. 16Appeals.

Any decision taken in terms of these regulations by the competent authority in respect of any matter concerning the prospectus or an offer to the public, shall be subject to a right of appeal to the Financial Services Tribunal within the meaning of article 19 of the Act.
