For the purpose of any statement required to be furnished to the payee and any form required to be forwarded to the

Commissioner, and for the purpose of calculating any tax that is required to be deducted from emoluments, the emoluments payable to a payee for the month of October, 2001 shall be deemed to include the total value of fringe benefits provided to him during

2001 up to the end of that month to the extent that such value has not been included in, and tax with respect thereto has not been deducted from, emoluments paid in any previous month. SCHEDULE A
