S.L. 376.3 ст. 6Fees not refundable or prorated.

(1) The fees established and due in accordance with these regulations shall not be refundable.

(2) Without prejudice to regulations 4(2), (4), (6) and 5B(3), the fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be prorated.
