S.L. 403.14 ст. 16Information to Commission and EIOPA.

The competent authority shall inform the Commission and EIOPA of the number and types of cases which led to refusals under regulation 8(5)(b) and regulation 9(4) or in which measures have been taken in terms of regulation 13(3) and (5).
