S.L. 403.17 ст. 41Public disclosure of group structure.

An insurance and reinsurance undertaking, an insurance holding company and a mixed financial holding company shall disclose publicly, at the level of the group, on an annual basis, the legal structure and the governance and organisational structure, including a description of all subsidiary undertakings, material related undertakings and significant branches belonging to the group.
